im un-sure right now. what are your PC specs?

Edit: Sry for the slow response, the forum traffic has been declining with the newer versions of flyff and slowly moving to other more popular games. allot of us are here only socially and no longer play the game itself. I will see if i can help you though.

Edit2: "Texture memory is a type of digital storage that makes texture data readily available to video rendering processors, typically 3D graphics hardware."
What this in a nutshell is your PC doesn't have enough RAM to run the game on its current settings. Try lowering your settings from the patch options menu.

texture memory refers more to the RAM in your video card (VRAM), not the regular sort of RAM

so the case is more than likely your pc isn't good enough to run the game
