Ice Arrow
Gathering energy from the snow covered mountains of Azria, the Ranger focuses his power into the tip of the Arrow and unleashes a ball of ice that freezes the enemy.
Ice Arrow creates an Area of Effect and decreases the enemy's speed for a set duration of time. Despite its name, Ice Arrow is a non-elemental attack which increases in damage with the help of +DEX and +INT. [1]
