Flyff Mercenary

Of all the first classes, the Mercenary has the most defense and melee attack power when it comes to equipment and weapons. The Mercenary can either equip an Axe or a Sword. The Axe has stronger attack powers when compared to the Sword, but is a bit slower.

The Mercenary will often be seen soloing monsters while working its way up to being a Blade or a Knight.

Mercenaries have 15 skills. Mastering Sword Mastery and/or Axe Mastery is the most important step for a young Mercenary, as it will prove valuable both earlier on and later on in the game.

	Slash	Strikes the enemy two times, in rapid succession.	20
	Keenwheel	A continuous spinning attack.	20
	Blindside	A spinning, finishing move.	20
	Special Hit	A single, powerful strike.	20
	Bloody Strike	Drains life from an enemy.	20
	Hit Reflect	The next time an enemy attacks you, the damage will be reflected back at them.	20
	Guilotine	A powerful, ranged attack.	20
	Protection	Increases the defense of a shield against melee attacks.	20
	Pan Barrier	Increases the defense of a shield against ranged attacks.	20
	Sneaker	Stops an enemy, trapping them in place with a net.	20
	Empower Weapon	Strengthens the elemental damage of a weapon.	20
	Smite Axe	Increases the defensive capabilities and striking power of an axe.	20
	Axe Mastery	Increases the striking power of an axe.	20
	Blazing Sword	Increases the accuracy and striking power of a sword.	20
	Sword Mastery	Increases the striking power of a sword.	20
