There are dozens of quest in FlyFF for you to discover and solve. Each quest unique to it's own, and offers exp to equipments. Some quests require a party while others require that you solo. Some quest requires you to kill giant bosses while others collecting items. You should never try to miss out on a quest or else you will items and potential experience point.
