Pets are so cute, and so adorable. They are a pain to raise, but the fruits of your labor are amazing. As long as you can give it tender love and care, that pet will return the favor and give you more power than ever before.

Pets can die. A pet can have up to 99 lives, but starts out with two lives before it dies. If you die, your pet dies also. Dueling with your pet out does not cuase the pet to die.

There are certain items which will help your pet stay alive in the cash shop. More about these will be explained below.

??? Egg Hatcher 950gp Egg will be hatched into a D Class pet instantly.
??? Feed Bag 300gp Will automatically use Pet Feed in your inventory to feed your pet for 6 hours (5 hours, 59 minutes,
??? Pet Energy 1050gp Will randomly add between 1 and 5 lives to a life of your pet.
??? Pet Tamer 950gp Without changing the pet Class, the pet will receive a random stat for their current and former Class. Pet MUST be either B, A, or S Class.
??? Blessing Pet Tamer 500gp Cancels the current Class (De-Class, from C to D, A to B, etc.) and goes back to the previous class with 99.99% EXP. Talk with the Pet Tamer to upgrade the Pet again and receive a new, random stat bonus. (Pet MUST be either C, B, A, or S Class.)
Pet Engery Chances...
 
Even though you can get 99 lives max for your pet, getting that much is going to cost you a lot of money. If you are careful enough, you probably won't ever get your pet killed.

Egg Hatching...
 
Eggs can be found by killing monsters that are level 20+ They will randomly drop. FlyFF Pet Raising
Go to the Pet Tamer in all major cities once you have an egg. Start the quest. You will need to feek your pet until it reaches 99.9% exp. Your pet only eats "pet feed" Pet feed can begotten from the tamer, by "Right Clicking" him and choosing "Make Feed" Feeds, come from Quest items. Place any quest items in there to make feeds. The drop items which come from higher monsters will get you more feeds.

Once you get the feed. Double click on the feed and it will add exp to your egg. Once it reaches 99.9% please go to the tamer again to hatch your egg.

Pet Summoning And Leveling...
 
FlyFF Pet Raising
To summon your pet double click it, in your inventory. To unsummon your pet, right click and choose "Unsummon Pet" or "double" click your pet icon in the inventory.

Please note that when you unsummon your pet it loses 1 minute worth of exp.

Each second your pet is out, it looses HP.

Your pet gains EXP over time. NOTE that just cause the S pet no longer gains exp it doesn't mean that it won't die of hunger. It will still lose hp while you have it out, so you still need to feed it to keep it alive. However as mentioned in the part above this the S grade pet has like 25 minutes of life, so you don't have to be very stressed about it. Below is the EXP that is earned by class level.

Note that when you unsummon your pet, it will lose approximately 1 minute worth of exp. This is better than how it started because at the launch of v9, pets would lose 10 minutes of exp, which was very annoying. Additionally before the maintenance after v9 where they lowered it to 1 minute, S grade pets used to lose some of their HP (instead of EXP) when you unsummon them however they were changed to lose absolutely nothing.

Random Tips And Tricks:
Magicians and Acrobats, including their subclasses can charge up a powerful shot by holding onto the left mouse button. A charging bar will appear. Once it reaches four bars it will release and do major damage.
