That's more like it. It makes you wonder:

1) They wanted to wait and see if the other offerings would appease the masses. The masses were not appeased and promtly this x2 exp was thrown to the wolves.

2) They were counting on people be dissatisfied with what ever was offered, and held this ace in reserve to appease the masses.

3) They had forgotten to include it.

they should make event items trade able and event sunstones dont drop often enough to make a difference rly, they should do an event of 2x drops 2x quest items (have to make that separate other wise you would get ripped off in the 2x drops) and free highest level buffs on log in lolz
