I don't know the rates for them but from what I've seen it's bloody weapons, quest drops, 120 blues, diamonds and sometimes the odd level 90/105 green armor part.

Either that or he works like CW (spawns when peoeple enter the area).

Not only diamonds but other jewels as well.

Mmm and Bloody Cloud as well as +3 rings (+3 as in strentes+3 etc. not vigor+3)

Depends really, it's possible to go without if your RM can tank since HC doesn't work on the thing, but it's nice to have if you want to feel safer.
