Im betting you can reach the hands it is in. Im guessing the owner of those hands also has more to gain from a larger influx of sight traffic here to.

Im talking about the guides section on the left side of the main page with that comment.

As for user submitted guides i think mabe a small gpot reward would get the ball rolling. The ppl that buy add space will indirectly pay that bill with more traffic that it will bring.
