It is. I remember when a wave of hackers came to Flyff. You could see bunch of Lv1's in Darkon. (you could see other people's levels back then)

I think the Lawolf Sled from the event, named Instant Lawolf Sled or something like that, I still have one, is a possible way. I remember I used two or three Instant sleds on my mercenary when when he was Lv15 or so, so there is no level requirement, I suppose.
I don't know if Vagrants can use 'em, though, but it's a possibility. @_@

You should be able to get a char there by going to the cost facing Darkon from Flaris, press the W button fast twice so that your char starts to auto run. Then log out, and in again. And you should have moved a bit forward. Repeat that until you're in darkon.

Havn't tried it myself, but i've heard it works/has worked.

Isn't there an item that brings you to the party leader? I saw it in a few shops going for like 1-2m.

At one time there was no level restriction on a regular darkon blink, so that could be a possibility too. They were just there for a really long time.

I believe thats one that the party leader summons you to them.

I got my lvl 1 by getting a friendship A thing. That worked.
going to cost in flaris doesn't worked- was tried they put some kind of wall there now. Darkon mine blinks had a lvl req on it.

My level 1 nub got there simple

Darkon 3 blink, go suicide on a Luia, press lodelight, TADA! your at Darkon as a level 1
