Build:
Str - X
Sta - 40
Dex - 80
Int - 15

I'm wondering which stats I should increase first in this build.

That looks like a blade build? Just raise them to what you need to train eg sta if you want to train higher and take hits or str to kill lower levels faster. Not sure about dex?
