REGISTER TO REMOVE THIS AD

My friend downloaded Flyff on his grandma computer, & the patch worked fine up until the game started. When he started the game gameguard came up, but the gray box thats on the upper left hand corner seems to stay there for a while & then the whole game exit off. Does anyone know how to fix that ? Or what the problem is??
