REGISTER TO REMOVE THIS AD

So...
Used to play this game about 6 months ago + wanted to come back to playing it
only problem is game guard tries to verify then closes out...
I've tried the following already..
¤open msconfig and uncheck everything on startup
¤use windows classic look instead of vistas look
¤uninstall catylistic drivers + install windows update graphics drivers..

and now i'm uninstalling the game and re-installing it..

any other suggestions?
i wanna play the game again >_<

uninstall - re-install did NOT work.

and when reading the error.txt file in where i installed it..
It says:
2008/ 8/ 1 07:48:56 nProtect GameGuard : Default set up error. Restart the PC or close all other programs which could make conflict.
even when I load up my pc without ANY PROCESSES...

also my computer is a Vista home basic, 2 gb ram 2.4 ghz, with nvidia geforce 6150se gfx card..

Maybe you should post in the official forums about this or pm a GM on the forums? o_O

But yeah, if it were me I'd look if your computer has any drivers for it on the website where you got your pc or whatever and try and put windows XP on your pc instead of vista, cause vista is quite rubbish. :3

uhh only problem with that is, I used to play flyFf on this same vista computer...
only thing that has changed is vista sp1?

also when I uncheck everything Avast still loads, could that be the process that game guard thinks is my uber hax?

cause you can't close out of avast in anyway without uninstalling it / deleting its registry parts..

ughh edit:
according to flyff forums flyff has a problem with my newish antivirus (spyware doctor)
so i gotta allow it through that..
i'll post here if It fixes it >.>

edit2: ughh nope.. still says that error in error.txt...
guess i'll email xagel bout it.
