Hmm... i have had alot of my friends get scammed and they shouted about the scammer some of my freinds said this: "person names here" is a scammer don't sell him anything and if u do count your 0's!!
Could that be banable :O?
And wouldn't the scammer be able to get like a warning if the person that got scammed has friends that got scammed by him and has a fair amount of witnesses?

99% of all scams can be avoided by the other person. All they have to do is count the 0's, double check the item in the trade screen, not fall for "hey can I try on your item?" and just paying attention to whats going on.

Well the way the gms see it, you have no actual proof you or your friends got scammed so its like framing some1 even eyewitness thing might not work out well for all you know they could be lieing to get said person banned cause you didnt like him.

Exactly, if people are to trusting to double check the math its not the scammers fault. (Though he/she is a scammer and a bad person) Like in retail, take Wal-Mart for example, if an employee placed an item in the wrong spot for a cheaper price, the company (at least Wal-Mart is) obligated to give you the item at that price because of their mistake. If you don't pay attention its not the scammers fault he got away with it.

Which is why its not punishable, and why it should remain that way. Otherwise the GM's would be punishing a person simply because another person was in too much of a hurry andor not too bright enough to check the trade.
Im not defending scammers, its just Im a big believer in forced IQ tests to play MMO's. Scammers serve that purpose. If you get PM'd by a random person claiming to be a GM in disguise wanting your username and password to verify your account. All the while every 2 minutes in the open chat you see GM's will never ask for your account details, never give them out!!. And you still give away your account information. Well then Im sorry, I hope you enjoyed your time in the game because you wont be playing again.

He tried scamming me yesterday, but i didnt get screenshots ><
He wanted to buy my snowboarder set off of me, and he kept only putting up 20mil. I told him that i know how to count zeros and he said something like 'no, those are the max zeros' and kept putting up 20mil. Eventually he put up 210mil and immediately canceled the trade
lol wasn't trying to start an "Anti-scammers" campaign or anything I just thought people would want to know not to trust FullGameo thats all =o but yeh i know you can't get banned for scamming because it is the players responsibility to make sure the trade amount is correct.
