Well I'll be one of the people who will be involved in the process, I guess the idea is welcome to anyone from any server, but we'd like to "start" with Mushpoie.

And as for Admins/Mods abusing/waving their /BanStick, there'd be no fun, because, as any Mushpoie Player knows, you can't start Drama if you're banned. And where would Mushpoie be without drama?

It's just a simple idea that we're working on to make a more server involved forum, so if you interested, great, if you aren't, oh well. If you have any other questions I guess you can just PM pookieboo, me, or Rudy (psychorvs).

If we keep getting positive responses, we'll work on it ASAP, other than that, hope you enjoy it.

If I'd be running the forum there would be free speech. Unless posting disgusting stuff (goatse or some sht) I will not allow it being censored. I could make people have insight on what mods/admins did (the logs of deleting/editing) so everyone can see.

Well fucking gg. Since my topic was locked on the officials (what a fucking surprise), I'm just going to continue here. They say there is freedom of speech. But if we say something they dont like, they do away with the right. You know if this was some court case, it wouldnt even make it past the first court because the prosecutor would instantaneously win -_-

Much like the mods here have the right to lock/delete threads b/c Tor grants them that power, the official forums are also privately owned - which means they can pretty much regulate what people say to their hearts' content, and it is perfectly legal.

No such thing as freedom of speech when it comes to private websites.

The whole issue is entirely debatable.

Yes, the mods here have the exact same powers as them. They enforce the rules when its necessary, but they dont stop people from freely expressing themselves unless they call each other "faggot" or "sand-nigger" or whatever bs names you guys call each other and have Yoruichi infract you for. What I meant by my last post was that if this was a case brought up in court, us vs. Gala, we would win. You cant just sit there and say, "The FIRST amendment of the fucking Constitution doesn't apply with us because WE'RE A PRIVATE COMPANY!" Fuck that. If everyone could pick laws to enforce, the country would be in chaos. Being a private company doesn't bring you above the law. Their company is stationed in the U.S. and they should abide by its laws. We buy gpotato, we keep their company running. We deserve to voice our opinion without being immediately shut up (dictatorship much?). But thats if we take this to the next level and overthink things like I am now; but it doesn't make it any less true.

Tbh I could give a rats ass about that fail forum. The post on the officials is proof why they suck, and why this idea of a separate forum came to be.
