or is my perma I would share 50% of a light, otherwise I would keep it because RMs who cant use two skills occasionally whilst I have to tank crits, gather 20+ mobs, spam food constantly or die, spam refreshers constantly, spam actionslot constantly, pill constantly. No, I dont count heal as a skill because tapping or putting your finger on F _ isnt hard.
And oh my god, if an RM asks me or negotiates with me for drops Im ditching them / no drops.
this has allready happened to me with a lightning[when i was fs rm with my perm] and i asked her to give me 100mills and back then its worth was 400mills...
when i became AoE rm i was training with one of my best friends in game and he is fs/aoe rm
then i had my set +8 28%hp and he had +4 set 21%def and he wanted to put a volcano in the last slot...in the 1st AoE we droped a Volcano and i gave it to him with out asking anything c0z he needed it a lot more than me.
it depends some times but 99% of the times i get less than 1/2 exept if i really really need the drop but allways im dicussing with my partner what should we do...
To me RMing is not hard because it's all about how you look at it. The harder you try, the faster your partner kills. No partner constantly whines for SF/GT if it ran out by a second or will bitch if you miss 1-2 mobs with HC every now and then. 1v1ers have food so they don't need Heal.
Sure, you can just come, buff only the 1st job buffs and board, but you probably think it`s easy because you actually let your partners do it.
So i`m sorry, my friend, but real RMs do heal, do FS and GT when it already has 10-20 seconds left, and the good RMs also apologize if you had to food much because the RM had a lag and/or just stopped healing for any reason.
Wow, RMing is easy?
Then everything in this fucking game is easy. If you don't need a RM, then good for you. But the fact of the matter is 99% of all builds post 90 NEED a RM. Without them, where would you be? I'm not saying to entertain all of the shitty RMs who do jack all, but if the RM is putting in 100% effort, and that lightning isn't going directly into a suit, then they deserve some of the fucking profit. RMs get great exp up until 85-90. But after that, their XP is on par with their partners. And after 105... it's just unbearable. So tell me, where are they supposed to come up with the money to switch to AoE? How are THEY supposed to further their character, when they have no cash flow. LGS and +8-10 105 sets don't just fall from the sky you know. Frankly all I'm getting from what psychorvs is saying is GREED GREED GREED...
edit: and I guess I know how to pick the right people, because all of my partners swear by 50/50

Well, I don't think it's greed necessarily. From psy's earlier post, it's kind of implied that the lightning card will go into the suit. So instead of the RM benefiting from the lightning card in a monetary way, they're benefiting through exp. Other than that, I'll agree that rms deserve some profit.
If my fighter alt found a card, I'd share it with my perm, if not compensate them if I have to use it for my set. O:
i'd share, since my RMs are either meimei (when she has time), FaeIra from Envy when shes not vending, Shtrio(ShTrio, forgot), and some otehr assists..i usually ask if they need anything, and they mostly say "money", so i pick up money, and the money spltis up around 50/50
my main worry is if RMs just take out their pets or just run in and grab stuff....i need a pet >.>
edit: @ Rows--You meant a billion penya right? you typed million o.o
