Actually, this reminds me of when I got my lightning card at princes. I was leveling with some random RM that always needed reminded to rebuff and couldn't keep SF up, an hour or two after leveling with him he went afk for 15 mins and had to afk heal, in that time a lightning card dropped. As far as he knows we only got blues in that time

I am the RM, so if I knew the person well I'd expect at least 2/5, if not half.
I'd like to think I'm a good RM, attentive to buff timers and HCing all the time. So I'd probably expect 1/5-2/5 from random partners. Although most of my random partners aren't the nicest of people, hence, them being random.

my friend was leveling with an RM that was afk for 2 hours healing only. My girlfriend went over, got aggro's on her and the "afk" RM suddenly started running for her life. Fuck lazy RM's.

Every lightening card that has every dropped for me I've kept for myself. That's because I always solo.

If for some strange reason an RM happened to be lvling with me, I wouldn't give them anything. Fuck RMs.

well i only ever lvl my jester with my own rm so i would keep it and use it

if it was dropped when i was fs'ing someone...yuh i would say i would expect atleast some of the profits, cause i do like to think of myself as a good rm o: thou i dunno cause i have only rm'ed for people other than myself for 6 lvls xDD

Depends. I level with my own RM, semi-perm RM and sometimes random ones. With my semi-perm, I'd be more than happy to give him 1/2, with a random RM, it would really depend on how awesome of a job they're doing. And that's if the random RM even notices if one drops.

I'd have to agree with the consensus here - if the RM was a friend/guildmate I'd give them a big chunk of it. If it was a random RM it would depend on a couple things. . . How long we'd been grinding, how good of a job they've been doing, and whether or not they've been bugging me about drops. Assuming they score positively on all accounts, I'd probably sell it and give them 1/3 of what I got.

I don't level with random RM's, or even friends RM's, usually.
But if I was, and the RM was doing a good job at RMing, I'd split it 50/50. If an RM is doing half the work, they deserve half the money.

I play an RM and a Ranger. Right now I've taken up my RM.
I would expect some kind of money out of it. Especially since on Demian it would sell for a hefty sum.
However, Demian is flooded with greedy people. My partners don't share a thing. To be honest my latest partner got 9 blue weps and like 5 armor pieces, I got none of it. And I sat there and healed, buffed on time and even chatted with the kid. Who by the way keeps telling he loves me. .____.!
But, yeah I think i'm a good rm, I keep them alive. I do what they ask, they need HC I HC, they need Link, I link.

I have had a lot of shyt rms lately, ones that rebuff right in the middle of a kill, causing my health to drop dangerously....leave after only a half hour of grinding...just a bunch of lazy people...so yea, as of now, they would get crap from that drop, but then again i would end up using it anyway.

But on the subject of sharing and lightning cards, I partnered with a friend of a friend one time, who really likes my FSing and was 'omg I love you' the whole time as well. -I- found a lightning AND a volcano when we trained together, and he promised we'd split it. Of course, I never got anything.
I think the prospect of not getting anything at all from a lightning card beats lying about splitting it.
