First off, forum mods can't ban you from the game, only GMs can do stuff like that so you're not really "stating the facts", just assuming things and trying to put yourself in the right. If you were banned chances are you done something that violates the ToS you agreed to so as stupid as the reason could be, you should of been more careful.

You may not be "being a baby" but you are being a little impatient , emails can take up to a week or more in some cases to be answered, my latest report took 6 days or so for example.

No one has the right to free speech on a private website. Ever.

Feeling frustrated is understandable, to an extent. The way you are handling the situation is rather irrational, however.

At this point I am just praying that this is a joke. Would you seriously waste your time, and more importantly that of some poor official at the BBB, simply because you weren't informed of a ban, which you yourself have admitted you deserved?

I never said in the sense that i deserved this. you know i'm done with arguing or explaining myself to you people. the shear fact of the matter is gala-net policy or not by law they must inform a consumer or account holder of actions taken against or on behalf or said user or consumer. enough is enough done over with some of yall are on my bad side already but hey nobodies perfect. at any rate i'll as i stated keep everyone appraised of my talk with gala-net over the phone once i call them.

Are we to assume that your phone call didn't go according to plan and so you're not posting about it?

Too bad you agreed to a legally binding statement (which Dons put up, for your ease of use) that says they don't need to notify you of a ban. Any knowledgeable lawyer would laugh at you.

Something else that hasn't been mentioned: Galanet owns all accounts made on gpotato's website. Banning an account just means the end user can no longer use it.

This is what ultimately gives them (Galanet) the ability to ban accounts for whatever reason they deem worthy. The end user owns nothing except whatever gpotatos they decide to purchase for the account they are using.

Also your free speech theory is flawed. Websites are not bound by the US Constitution. Message boards are not required to comply with the US Constitution's First Amendment.
