Money in Flyff -

So today I got a bit of money and I thought that I would indulge myself in a new weapon or something... I was playing my acro account on lawolf and as I ran around from shop to shop.. I noticed that some prices were extremely high or rather low... not much of a middle. Now, I probably don't have the most amount of money(probably considered poor in terms of flyff). But what confuses me the most is that there are weapons that can go for either 10k all the way up to 30m when not stated or awakened.
Also, it seems like you can never actually be rich in this game at a lower level unless you have a high character who gets amazing drops, sells them, and then passes money down to a noob character. Or you hack/scam like crazy. So I was sitting there thinking, "Why is it that I can never get any money in this game?"
In the end I saw it as this, the only chance of gaining money in this game(at a lower level, not having a high main, or having REALLY good friends) is to get plvled and hope to God that they miss a very good drop somehow... this happened to me once and only once... and never have I seen it or had it happen again.
Can anyone help me out here? It kind of ruins my desires to play this game when I can't afford something because the players threw the economy into the abyss.

You don`t get money because you don`t grind your ass to higher levels, seriously, "money comes with grinding" is a holy true sentence, and so is the fact that low levels don`t need all that money.
Greens of low levels (mostly) fail.
If we`d know your class and build that could help us to give you tips too.
It's sad but true. I didn't start reaching consistant millions until I got my first character into the 60+ region. That said, my latest character on the run to 60 has found a Stick of Vel Parpone, a Cruiser Suit and a Panggril Suit which could make me a bare minimum of 16 mill. Though it's true that getting money before the second job seems impossible, there are ways to get around it. One that the new players seem to miss is selling excess quest items. If you check the average price of a quest item you have too many of (Like I used to have about 50+ extra orbrins from leveling at Pranksters) and price yours accordingly, you can make a good 20-50k pre-60 depending on server and the quest item in question.
Another way to make money is to plug hunt. Plug earrings +9 go for around 22 million on Glaphan and most people report getting them within a few days of trying. There's a brilliant guide by woxxy here on Flyffworld on how to do it efficiently too.
Using either of these two methods effectively can get you into the millions, from which you can start the whole merchanting route of 'buy low, sell high' or simply make a wise investment in equipment.
Similarly, there are still players that buy Entanale Swords for a few hundred thousand, as well as Gore +3's, both of which can be obtained in your first 30 levels and are totally optional pieces of equipment (Unless you're a merc, in which case, you'll want that sword).
It's possible to be rich pre-60 if you're wise about it. If it wasn't so late, I'd probably be able to ramble a few more ways on how to make money, but I suggest looking around the guides section...there's a lot of guides about making money which can help you on your way.

i would agree with the angel guy (sorry i'm too lazy to scroll/remember your name =3).
but then again, most people, or people with enough knowledge, actually make quite a lot of cash in the 55-65 areas, through black otems and sunstone hunting there and/or mushelizing.
so i would say that you CAN earn a heck load of money (noob-wise, we're not talking 100's of millions, maybe 100m max depending on how long you spend there).
although i wouldn't recommend the ivillis mushelizer but instead the giant risem. the risem drops around the same amount, and stuff like +6 weapons are common to find with a GB FC party, and you will usually have the giant risem on all servers due to people not hunting it.
i seemed to have gone on quite a bit >.< but that's my say.
Actually, what some people have over-looked so severely in this game is the collector system. You have a shot at getting 30m easy from a Lightning piece or even somethin like a cloud piece. Its not that bad. Yes, some people say its too time consuming and has so many crappy drops, but hey, if your poor then there isnt much you wont do for cash.
well, some of the best ways to get money that I've found, and that have worked for me:
Getting Starter Money
-Grind in dungeons as much as possible, the mobs have a higher drop rate than normal.
-USE the DElvling system (yes, De-Lvl yourself) to farm most effectively (keeping your level the same as the mobs you're farming)
-When possible, Kill Black otems, Mushelizer, Boxters, giant volt, and giant elder. (these are the mobs I've found to have the best drop rates in the lower levels)
-Level with a GB/FC party whenever possible, and ALWAYS use one while farming
-Raise pets (sounds odd, but by raising a pet to B level with decent to perfect stats, can earn you an easy 100m+ and all it costs is for you to burn off your quest items for pet feed. Hell, even a perfect C level pet will go for about 40m)
What to do with the money you make initially
-Invest in a Gold/Silver Battery and +5 collector (these will pay for themselves rather quickly, and collecting whenever you go afk is a good way to keep money coming in, even when you don't play)
-Buy and Sell consumables (I recommend sunstones as they're easiest to profit quickly and consistently on). The theory on this, is that you buy low (1.5m per sun for example) and sell high (1.7m per sun) to make yourself some nice profit. Again, the reason I recommend suns as opposed to weapons/sets/ect. is that suns sell rather quickly, are readily available, and provide you with a steady source of income, instead of the random big gains that you MIGHT make on a 'good priced' weapon.
-Upgrade your weapon smartly. Don't blow all your money trying to +10 a weapon if you don't have the money to blow, but getting your weapon to +6-+8 will help you kill mobs and giants a lot faster, whereby you will be able to farm faster.
well, those are the only things that i've got atm. They worked really well for me, and if you spend a few weeks doing all of those things on a regular basis (it can get kind of boring, so having a friend do it with you helps) you'll be able to make a couple hundred mil pretty easily.
The biggest things to keep in mind though, are not to get discouraged if stuff doesn't sell right away, and don't give up just because you have a bad giant run. Use your collector WHENEVER you go afk, 10 min. or 10 hours, set up and go afk with your silver/gold battery, you never know when you might get lucky and score a lightning piece or two.

@ BloodAngels, I see what you are saying and notice that majority of what you did(?) was nothing to do with cs. So, it does give me some hope that maybe I can get money without wasting real money
@ DarkVisions, I see that tend to go with cs a little bit more. Because you say to get +'s on items and such but that would require extra effort, seeing as most people can get to a +7 in like 45 sprotects at times, and that I cannot do, I don't have a job yet and my parents certainly won't pay for a game... sad but true.
So I think my best bet would be to do half and half of what you guys said. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems that I should raise the pet to a C level sell it for around idk like 25-45m depending on its stats and also try to get stated and awakened stuff and sell it.
The whole sunstone deal didn't make much sense to me... I mean... selling for only 200 more doesnt seem like much of a profit... maybe over time it works out but right now I don't see it.
At level 20, farm the heck out of Capt. Mothbee's for their plugs. Get 4, and the proceeds and defense should carry you to the next money making opportunity, the Vice Vidouqes (sp) in Mars mine. You can farm them for quite some time, town blinkwing, rinse and repeat. Next venture is the Flybrigans, begin around 40 and hunt their plug +7 until level 44. Next, you go for the rockapellers.....Dungeons....At 60, you begin to learn how to maximize gianting.

Dual or triple PCing seems to help too.
plus +7? I thought only +1 jeweraly droped now o.o
+3 from Mothbees, +7 from flybs, and +9 from Rockapellers.
The mothbees can be a waste, but it saves you from using 2 moons per piece. They are tedious and stingy, but it helps to accommodate going forward w/out hitting the cash shop too often.
I also snagged a Gore +6 from SteelKnight, so it is still feasible to farm some of the lower giants for their goddies, if you know who to go for. Even as ow as 47, there's a Gore +5 giant too.
