Just use a blink or fly.

Until your lv 15 you can't leave Flaris. Then when you hit 15 you can use Binkwings (they teleport you) to take you to Saintmorning and Darkon. Saintmorning is for roughly lv20+ and Darkon is for about lv 50+. Death Island is a kind of inbetween place. You can start training there at around lv 40ish maybe less depending on class. To get their you need a board or broom which you can only get at lv 20. Hope that helped.

Actually, blinkwings to Saint Morning have no level requirement.

Blinkwings to Darkon do, at least the ones you get in Flaris.

Only Darkon Blinkwings have a level requirement (15).
