REGISTER TO REMOVE THIS AD

Hello, It seems when i get into the game and i play for a while my computer shuts off. its happened all day today. I experience a lot of freezing and lag which i didn't get a lot before. Also there is absolutely no sound on my computer. I've checked the volume on my laptop and my computer screens main volume. So if you can help me out asap it would be greatly appreciated.

i had a similar problem, and i had to even call AlienWare support so they can troubleshoot my pc i suggested it was the Video Card, we did and upgrade on the software and it hasnt happend sence ( The freezing ).

But just last night all my sound went off and it seemed like the PC didnt recognize any of my sound cards, I tried to upgrade the software again, did a microsoft Update but all it really needed was a reboot. So try your luck at any of these.
