Hey... can anyone explain what the blessing of goddess scroll does? Does it add good stats? Or just like +1dex or something or if you used it, what did you get? Does it work 100% of the time? Can it be used on the school event cloak? Thanks.

Its always positive stats from a blessing of goddess, best I've got is 2% motion time decrease
