Elementor Build!?

I Have a Lvl 31 Mage and i wish for it to be An Elementor.
What build should i have?
Several people have told me to go 60 INT XXX STA
But i find this doesnt meet my damage needs.
I'd like to be able to AoE without an RM but i still want to be able to survive only on food. How Much INT Should i have but still have enough for STA?

I would go 60 INT and XxX Sta coz it will help you Tank better if you wanna lvl faster.

If you had more INT you will be a little little bit stronger but with more STa = more tanking .

Go full INT and H&R

If you do that, you'll be hunting bearnerskies (lvl. 108) at level 65 and popcranks at 75. At 85, you go to azria or your exp starts slowing down fast.
You'll be getting about 120% per AOE until 73 since you can grab the whole field because there's no tanking invilved.

By far the best build:
-it levels fastest BY FAR
-you don't have to buy expensive pills or food
-you do beastly damage
