Yep, you guessed it. Simple as that.
What seems odd, though, is that I was able to log in just fine the other day and I'm not aware of anything that might conflict with GG having taken place.
Storyline goes like so:
So, for the first time in like half a month, I logged on my ranger back on Kern. After eating a bit of exp, I used a makeup coupon gained from some event some time ago and check the cs shop in-game, being curious of how much the so-praised new Yukata set was.
Then, I logged out and left the pc in the hands of my sis for a while. I know for certain she's got nothing to do with the issue I'm complaining about.
So, after that, I log back on my Windows account and attempt to login to Flyff. Which is where the infamous message spawns in my face. And I can't seem to have a single successful login. At the very best, I managed to get as far as the whole login rocess, though the GG message still shows up before I get to interact with my character.
No matter what account/server/channel is used, with or without antivirus software enabled.
I feel tempted to eliminate antivirus and stuff like that, since I haven't booted or updated anything since my last successful FlyFF login.
I've noticed a post on the official forums, as well, in which the symptoms are much like my own, though it is unresolved. And it's not the only GG-related post started on or after the 13th. Apparently, reinstalling FlyFF and such won't be of any good.
Something's obviously changed, though, that conflicts with GG. So, if anyone that has experienced this knows what may have changed (Windows update, maybe a specific antivirus thing etc), please let me know.
Later today, I'll probably attempt to restore my pc to a system checkpoint that was created some days ago and see if that has anything to say on this. Though, I'd rather not, since my HDD doesn't have too much free space to back everything up.
