He just means that as a Hero jester, most people would wanna try to maximize the dmg they can deal with the highest dmg dealing skill a jester has--which is HoP. The BJ build is no longer a build fit for PvP anyway--the reason why most BJ's are BJ's is for easy PvM, which is no longer needed for a Hero char (I assume).

Well the yoyo is useless to him unless he restats or pulls off a Serai.
The jester hero skill can be used with a bow anyway
Everybody is laughing because he is a BJ hero, but nobody laughed when BornToKill, BJ in Glaphan, became Hero... funny or dismaying ? dunno...

I can be used with a bow? First I've heard of it. And I see BJs as a leveling build since they're kinda nerfed in PvP these days, I just thought getting to hero and still using a leveling build was pretty funny

The Jester hero skill cannot be used with a bow, no I don't think because it has a special motion with yoyos, that you like jump and smack them in the head with some weirdass green smoke or whatever.
About "everyone are laughing", I don't know about Born, but all I know is there aren't many excuses for a BJ that level (hero) to suck, I'm a bowjester, level 11x master.. and I don't suck at all to my opinion, fighting vs people and being able to knock down everyone I crossed so far.
Gonna be much more fun when I'm back to yoyos obviously.

And yes, he always hits and runs so it's probably gonna be like, hop&run when he's yoyo.
