I just know the U.S., Germany, and Japan all jumped in immediately and offered aid, but this was really early when I read this; like one day after the earthquake. I'm sure a ton of countries have jumped in by now.
Just pulled up a list of amounts donated by several countries. It's really touching to see some of the not so powerful or rich countries still making an effort to help. Poland, Cambodia, Estonia, Thailand, Greece, Kyrgyzstan, and all sorts of countries you've never even heard of have sent some form of relief.
It's not even just countries. The Olympic commitee, Dell computers, Google, and Hewlett Packard are just a few examples of companies that have sent some form of aid.

Also, the Polish Foreign Ministry announced aid worth 100,000 U.S. dollars for China's quake-stricken people.
