gahh i would like to sleep but i can't (breathing problems ftl )

meh , i always prefer sleeping less because i cant breath from my nose so that make my mouth dry

so in my 6-7 hours sleep i wake up at least 2 times to drink water (yea , i have a 1,5 lt water near my bed) and each tooks me like 15-30 mins to sleep again

thats why my eyes are always half closed

I usually get around 5-6 hours but now that summers here ill probably get 8 at max if i'm Lucky

when theres school than about 7-8 hours. when theres no school than i could easly sleep more than 9 hours. when theres no school i sleep about 10-13 hours, depends on how much time i didnt sleep.

I stay up till like 4-5am and wake up at 1-2pm. Or I'll go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 1-2pm.

I am an avid lucid dreamer (It means I can control my dreams). However it is only worth my time controlling them if they are VERY vivid.
Scientifically the deepest of your sleep its at REM stage 5 (REM : rapid eye movement). However it is hard to tell when I am in that stage so i have a very peculiar sleeping plan.

Usually, depending on my day I will go to bed any time but after that it becomes strict. I sleep for 5:30 hours, and then an alarm will wake me up, I will feel mega-tired, I get up and walk about the house for 15 minutes, then go back to bed, then then I use personalized techniques to control my dreams.

it takes me at least 1-2 hours of just down time to sleep, I wish I could just sleep whenever I wanted like all my friends can, I think to much
