What level is that INT ring? I see a 15...Is that right? If so why does it raise 21 INT?

I think it starts raising by +2-3 INT from +10 on...that's why the success rate becomes crap from that upgrade.

man i must have one heck of a lady luck that helps me alot

because most of my rings are either 12 or 13 and my gore necklace is 14 man i just thought it was easy to get it to high level but seeing this post made me rethink some stuff.....
