Hey,

My Ele is now level 74 (high stam build, 120 Stam with two +5stam's on (108 base) and rest INT), I've still got my level 15 Event Reskill available...I was thinking about using it, even though I dont have my Level 75 skill. I put max points into my level 30 1v1 skills and I maxed Earth/Wind/Electric Level 60 1v1 skills. I was considering reskilling and putting all my Mage skills and the 1v1 ele skills to thier minimum (lv 5 for the 60's), and trying to max out my AOE's, Masteries, and the Level 70 mix-element skills (if they're even any good? advice?).

Should I wait until 75 when I get that last skill or should I just do it now or will it matter at all really?

I'd wait, the lvl 70+ aoes are fail for the most part. The best one out of the 4 is blizzard (lvl 75). The only lvl 70 aoe i used was meteor shower and I only used it for collecting since they have a big diameter.

Do it. You have enough points anyway.

i would say to max 65 aoes, masteries, and avalanche, and min everything else
if you have enough points, start on the 70 aoe's, but avalanche is much better than they are
