I kind of gave it up. I did the quest twice and didn't get anything good (Dex potion and Event sunstone) and I can't afford a good collector
May 7th... It's even on the first page.
Anyhow, I *was* making a killing on seeds...buying loads for 20-30K and selling them off at 55K but now suddenly people have stopped buying 50k+ seeds so I'm kinda screwed in making that awesome profit I was set for -.- looks like I'ma have to start selling at 30K again...no more buying seeds for me, I'll just fight for 'em.

Seeds arent that hard to find, they drop about every other mob anyway. [without gb/fc]

I know, just a pain in the ass that I've made like 2-3mill loss simply because the prices dropped so rapidly...specially when I gotta save for a G Bow >.o

To be completely honest im actually suprized that the market for the Souls has stayed pretty consistent. When I had woken up on the first day I had found that in the 3 Hours of the even the price had dropped from 600K to 400K. But the good news for lazy bums like myself its a great way to make money and spend that "Quality Time" the Mrs has been begging for for the last few months. . All in all I think this was a good idea from the Gpotato Team.

It was great at the beginning when they were selling for a solid 500k, very quickly. Now they sell pretty fast in town at 250k, and they trickle slowly but steadily at 300-325k right front of the NPC, since people will buy one or two at a time to finish up a box.
I am also finding that prices of other collector drops are falling VERY fast. Rubies at 2-3m used to sell very easily, topaz at 900k, sapph at 2m, and cloud pieces at 4m. Now my rubies won't sell at 900k, and same with topaz at 500k and sapph at 900k. I had cloud pieces up for 3.5m overnight, and even with "cloud pieces" in the shop name, no buyers. It was even tougher selling volcano pieces. They usually sell at 5m, and after getting refusals for that price from some of my normal 5m buyers, I had to settle for 4m.
I have 2 days left on my gold battery, and although I have made around 500-700m in the past 18 days, I think the age of huge profits may be nearing an end. The only chance is that the amount of people collecting falls dramatically after the event ends and prices return to normal, but I think this event will attract some new suppliers, permanently damaging prices.

I would have to disagree with you there. I think the day after the event is over prices will go back to what they were and GC's will go up in price again do to there,we will call it scarcity. I think the whole point to this event was to try and get noobs into playing more. I will admit that im a noob and ive only been playing for a month. But due to this even I have learned alot more than I would have w/o it. So Gratz to Gpotato for thinking of this idea and I hope they keep the good event rolling.

I think prices will go back up, but probably won't return to pre-event levels. This event has probably taught a lot of people how good collecting is. Before the event, there would be 3-4 people collecting in my area. During the event, there are 20-30. If some of these people continue to collect after the event, prices go down.
No doubt. I just got on the Mia FlyFF server after 3 days and I can not believe how much of an economic decline souls have takin. And not only souls but every other rare item from collecting such as cloud pieces. I remember seeing one guy selling pieces for 20M and now they are down to 3? Its just about the end of the money making era on souls for people who cannot afford a Silver or Gold Batt(much like myself) Where I have to recharge my Coll every half hour I lose about 16 collecting sessions and I avg about 10 souls a batt...so thats what...160 souls I miss out on...not to mention time I go AFK longer than half an hour for things like a shower or running to the store. Last I checked souls were being sold for 150K and grinding is all but possible with so many people on the server at once. Im a lev 40 Acro and I died aginst a Prankster due to lag. I guess the most anyone can do now is collect and hope for a few GC's and sell them after the event is over.
