How do people watch a guild seige?

Go to Frankie [Npc by Lodelight of Flaris] and click Join.

It near the flaris fountain near the red chip merchant. THeir is like 4 booth with siege. just go to the guild siege and join :P. I think for lawolf it only work in server 1 i dunno but whenever i go to other server i find the npc missing
