I'd say the Demol+12, considering almost all PvM classes need more damage, meaning if need to sell it in the future, it would be easier to sell.

well if you look at which is most useable by the most classes it would be the demol +12 as all classes can use this for the extra damage output it gives and this is what i'd recommend you upgrade as the others are not really viable for use by all classes.
