I would guess its your build but I dont know for sure. At level 51 I was fighting nuttys with mastered mental and heap just for a bit extra damage which aloud me to kill them in 4 hits (pure int). At level 52 I was able to kill them alone in 4 hits. Hp has normaly not been a problem for me.

A fs probaly would be a good idea for you.
