U.S. governement used to be slow to change, but new technology and increasing propoganda from some and pressure from the public is changing that, unfortunately.
Yeah, they scary thing is I learned what the Patriot Act does.
It basically gives the right for the government to ignore all your rights, ignore all humane actions and treatments, lie to you, steal from you, seize all your property, liquidate all your assests, torture you, EXECUTE you, your family, friends, and even acquaintances.
ALL WITHOUT A TRIAL. ON THE SPOT, AUTHORIZED OVER A MOBILE PHONE.
Bush paved the road to dicatorship, and Obama, given his youth and radical views (Far left), could use that power any which way he wanted.
By the way, the Patriot act also allows the Executive branch to completely ignore the Legeslative branch AND the Judicial branch. Think about that, government conspiracy movies are more real than you think.
They don't have the balls to bring war if it's needed, they will just sit around making clothes and pretend it didin't happen.
If I had to choose a woman (forced to, to save my own live) i would not fucking choose an ugly old bitch like Hillary.
There has been numerous powerful female heads of state in the past. Take Queen Elizabeth I of England who lead her country to defeat the powerful Spanish Armada. Or a more recent one like Margaret Thatcher.
Yeah the executive branch over the course of the last 80 years or so has been usurping powers from the legislative branch. According to the U.S. Constitution, the executive branch is merely an office clerk. But ever since FDR, presidents have began wielding a considerable power.
Though I am still debating whether Obama will be a weak or a strong president. If he's weak, Congress will finally run the nation like it is suppose too. If not, we might see those "changes" he has been promising.
Why the heck didnt Gore run? I would have voted for him hands down. -.-

Obama won, hate to spoil the suprise for anyone out thair. And when was the last time that you were pulled over, hade the pig say "Patriot Act, ahahghghghahaha" and kill you? Havent heard of it yet, the day i do ill gladly move to canada. Obama is probebly not eaven going to use the act during his run unless they have to intarogate some tarrorist that are living down the street.
And i support Obama befor Clinton,
A. she dident leave bush
B. She is a She (some of you are acting like that dosent influence it at all but come on i dont want a chick get pissed of on week and nuk all of india.
C. Most of her plans SUCK and i mean SUCK.
Well, Congress is expected to vote into law (or perhaps already did vote, not sure) a bill giving amnesty to phone companies that deliver customer information to the Executive branch without a warrant, just the Office of the President's say-so.
Also, apparently they're having quite a bit of trouble in the south with appropriations by crooked policemen. No doubt aided by tighter border security (ha, ha), police officers are apparently allowed to take your money under a civil appropriation, and never, repeat, NEVER have to charge you with anything. They merely have to prove that there was a reason to suspect (again, no proof, no charges) that the money was involved in money laundering or drug smuggling. Apparently most of the "suspicion" so far has involved people looking "nervous" and "shaky", and drug-sniffing dogs barking at the money. Not the people, the money. Needless to say, probably a lot of the money that's been passed through the hands of everyone using U.S. currency has some manner of drug residue on it.
So, no, no shooting yet, but it's not long in coming if the government keeps sticking its nose into security.
Your points:
A. What do you mean "she dident leave bush"? That she didn't divorce him? She didn't vote against war in Iraq? (Covers lots of folks in the Congress, Bush did a pretty good shuck and jive by throwing Colin Powell and most of the intelligence agencies under the bus) She didn't stand against all his policies? Well, Obama's planning on continuing the tax cuts, while simultaneously looking to increase government spending, like to see that magic trick work out. Meanwhile, we're swapping out an idiotic, embarrasing president for (potentially, nobody's won yet), an idiotic, embarrasing First Lady.
B. Good to see that maturity has branched out so much. Well, on that note, Obama's black, should we lock up the White House silver and start investing in grape soda?
C. Hmmm. Insightful logic there. So, if her plans suck, where does that leave the almost identical policies of Obama, and, for that matter, McCain?
And thank you for reminding me, once again, why the Greeks called Democracy "the beast with a thousand mouths and no brain."

Over 75% of all campain promisses are never furfulled(dont have Spell Check on IE).
A. Just because everyone is doing something dosent mean you shuld do it to. Not going to bring up an ex.
B. The Male brain acts, works, functions alot diffrently then a Womans brain. Not that ladys cant do anything a man can, equality FTW. We dont need a nurturing, caring, compasionate person running a world power. And since we are pulling the "jokes" she will probebly redecorate the white house pink or some other feminen color, because all women love pink
C. Gay marragis (dont really care about that but may as well bring that up) Gas dependencey, Schools, health care. Thair plans are similer but then again a Coarl Snake and a Milk Snake

Well a chick is running Germany, and she's got a damn good approval rating. She's also a member of and hosted a G8 summit meeting. I mean WTF man, Germany's a pretty damn well-off country.
Nonetheless, I don't think Merkel and Hillary are exactly alike... :V

Im not sexest or anything. I think a strong, educated woman could run America as well as a man. But almost everything that hillery does is, idk, like she isent a she. I dont know, i feel like she is being controled by a buch of other people and she never voices her true opinion, alsways changing her stand on many subjects. O well my 2 cent
In all honesty, i'm voting for obama.
i like his policies more then McCain.
The thing about Obama is that he is this generation's JFK.
he's relativley young, he's got a family with children who are still children, and a beautiful wife.
he also is a great speaker, and an all around good guy.
he brings with him a sense of like.... i don't know, really. Hope, maybe is what i'm thinking of.
And that's one thing America needs right now because of all the digression we're having because of the turns our government has taken during the Bush regime. I also think that people are more apt to voting for the democratic candidate because of the public failures that have been made under the Republican party running the house.
Aren't the Democrats currently running the House? They don't do much better, honestly.
As for JFK, let's not forget that, after promising Civil Rights up and down the world, he only worked towards getting those bills passed when backed into a corner he couldn't get out of. In addition, he was quite the bastard, actually, big-time back-room dealmaker, and womanizer supreme. I actually think Clinton (Mr.) is a better analouge.
And, according to polls, however much you can trust them, it seems that we've actually got a fairly tight race on our hands.
I predict unhappiness and same-old-same-old no matter who wins, tbh.

Hey hey now, let's not diss on the womanizers. Oddly enough some of our favorite people in American politics have been womanizers. JFK was obviously loved, I thought Bill was pretty cool, and let's not forget this guy:
That fucker LOVED booty...
Anyways, on a more serious note, if McCain wins then....holy fuck. I may SERIOUSLY burn my US passport. I mean, Obama may turn out to be a dud, just like any other candidate, but McCain is like...he ALREADY fails. D8 I mean wtf at least TRY to lie to us and look good...
