Hello everybody!
I usually don't try to create the dialog first because it's easier to fill in the gaps, like Kinneko says I come up with a rough outline of what needs to happen in an episode, then I film everything. The dialog I create after everything is filmed usually fits and works just fine in my opinion, but when I start to put the voices in I run into problems. People say the lines longer than what should be, or in a different tone so it sounds weird, or the voices just don't sound good enough. Whatever the case, I have to cut it out and somehow make things work. That sometimes creates awkward silences and stuff. But whatever.
Also, I do appreciate the critism and actually have made some plans that I hope will improve the series based on it
