DEX: 43
INT: 15
I found that build somewhere.
It's good build?
I want to be a billposter, so i think yes.

Could you help me with skills? Which should I use to max? Which should I use to unlock next skills?

I've the exactly same build, only with 18 STA instead of 20 STA. It's the best build for PvE.
