I want to make a BP on Demian and I want to know what build I should make to be effective.

Probably this one;

STR: xxx
STA: 30
DEX: 41
INT: 21 (you don't need the extra int, but it helps for longer buffs)

However, this build really, really sucks if you don't got a G-knuck if you wanna level. It is good for PvP though.

21 int? 30sta?

Go with dex 60-100 for block since if you're in crowded places people will be trying to screw you.

Go with 40-60sta or have a freaking lion.

Go with rest STR, if you want int for buffs/asal awaken some shields
