I see Ait saying 80 dex for every question for the most part.
If I'm going for an axe blade with mostly str, is that advisable? Like why 80? Most guides I see 53 dex. >_<

90-angels ax's

what'd be the best build and he's got average funds

It gives you a balance between not having an rm and having one. Also means a nice speed and a semi decent blockrate for ppl who cant afford to +8 there sets.
