It's been a week or two that you logged in and seen "Penya: XXX" in your User CP. Most of you have figured out how to get Penya, but don't really know what it's for and how much you actually get for doing those things.
So today, I explain =D
Getting Penya
Admins, mods, and members all the get the same amount of penya for each action that is taken listed below. Admins are not displayed in the top 10 richest users. Some actions will not get you penya until midnight when the system starts calculating things like referrals. You do not get penya for posting in private guild forums. In Spam Central, you get a maximum of around 5 penya per post, with a min of .2 penya.
- New Threads Starting a new thread gets you penya.
- New Posts Posting a reply gets you penya. Posting a reply in a thread you made gets you extra penya. Posting in certain forums will get you more than posting in others.
- Length Of Posts The longer your post the more penya you get. There is a maximum amount of words before the penya gets cut off.
- Referring Members For referring members you get penya. They just input your name when they register. However there are rules in place to prevent abuse of this system. For example, you have to be registered for a "x" amount of days and make "x" amount of posts.
- Profile Fields Filling in your profile fields gets you penya. For example your server, ign, and guild.
- Polls You get penya for creating polls and voting in them.
- Transcending Moving from one usergroup to another will get your penya. For example if you get promoted to a mod, you will get X,XXX amount of penya. If you finally reach that 800 post mark, you will automatically get X,XXX amount of penya for reaching that phase.
The exact amount is only known by Admins. The amount may be changed base on what happens with the Penya and it's Popularity.
Penya Savings
You can save your penya and put it in the bank to incrue interest rate. There is a fee for withdrawing and depositing penya.
When you save Penya, your total amount will not display in the Top 10 Richest users.
Losing Penya
If you get an infraction you will lose penya. So follow the flyffworld rules.
If you're post is deleted, or merge because you double posted, broke the rules, you will lose, 1.5x the amount you gained for making that thread or post.
Use Of Penya
Currently the main purpose of the penya system will be to hold random drawing for prizes. Go to your User Control Panel and Buy Raffles. Starting in a few days, we will hold a random drawing every 2 weeks for some prizes. A thread will be created in the contest forum on info about the prizes and raffle tickets.

-- How much money Tor has to spend
The penya system will be integrated into other features of the site as well, but currently there is nothing of major importance that I can tell you guys about.

So basically, to sum it up. You get penya for making threads and posting. You can spend your penya on raffles, which will be held every two week for prizes. Thank you all for your support. This is just a way for us to give back the to the supporters and members of the site and to make things a little more interesting.

Seems to be some confusion. The penya is for FW use only. It does not relfect your in game character in anyways. It does not get you in game penya as well.
