I've changed a lot of things on mine, I will post results when I get home. FlyFF and a lot of MMOs are blocked on school's wireless.

Btw, just for the record, I could barely move during heavy guild wars, and I have had it once crash on me coming into darkon.

Any clue what your video card is?
More ram will help since the game itself requires 512mb to be free.

Intel graphics usually doesn't have that control. You can't use this trick.
Also, if you're a beginner, you really better not touch those ticks.

I have a XFX Geforce FX 5700 Ultra with the latest drivers installed. Where do I have to look for the anti-aliasing settings?

Use an external program, such as fraps. Or, as someone posted above, CTRL+F, you may have to try multiple times.

If you installed your card using a CD (ie. it didn't come with your computer when you go it) then go to the program and find settings on your start menu.

Or, if you don't know how to do it that way/it came with your computer when you got it, then go to Control Panel -> Display -> Go to the last tab where you change your resolution.

At the bottom of this tab window is "Advanced". Click on that. Then check everywhere for antialias settings.

One of my laptops is using an ATI card - I found antialias under "3D Direct".

I tried using my ATI's card 4x and 6x. Both definitely improved the speed of the game (I didn't have to check FPS, it was that noticeable)

The games' AA is off in v11 though, it couldnt have sped it up unless you had a higher AA running already =x

Yeah, AA might help...but you can also just buy a better graphis card..like nVIDIA 8800 GTX

My computer:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual core processor 6400+ 3.2GHz (6.4GHz total)
nVIDIA 8800 GTX (crazy shiet.)
3GIG RAM.

Flyff runs smoothly...............crysis does too..on very high.
