I'm at level 30 now, aiming at becoming a blade, and I've been wondering: Is it possible to have a sword in one hand and an axe in the other? That would be pretty damn cool...

Yes, but most people dont do that. They either choose on or the other.

You can, but then you can't use the skills that require two swords or two axes.

no, i think the skills are made so you can do the skills with one of each, they just require either an axe or sword in your right hand.

Yes the skill you can use is dependant on the weapon on your RIGHT HAND, meaning if you have a sword on the right you can use blazing sword, but not smite axe, meaning you can't have both at the same time.(The effect is gone when you unequip for axe, though this is not true for shields)

I'd still go dual swords > dual axes because I like speed better. ;P
