Dropping Plugs+9.
A guide made by Woxxy.

Addition: now the guide is about plugs+9, but this doesn't change almost anything. There's now a paragraph about new weapons.

Could anybody actually confirm it? Did you try it at v11 beta and dropped only plugs+0?
Meh, way to Gala, epic fail. Once again. :\

Thumbs up Plug +4 in FlyFF v11

Hello everyone. I am very happy to confirm that Plug+4 Farming still works in FlyFF v11 (though it's not a Plug+4 anymore). The dropped Plug Earring is now a Plug Earring +9 with +96 DEF. I have no accurate information concerning the drop rate, though I can say that it took me about 100-150 Captain Rockepeller kills before I got my Plug+4/+9. Some more results from other "plug farmers" would be appreciated.

One more thing. From personal observation it would seem that landing on top of the flying sign boards' propellers is no longer possible... the character won't get off his/her board/broom. I am not sure if this has already been changed in an earlier version, but it obviously doesn't work anymore. On the other hand, since the PK subservers were moved to a seperate server cluster around the middle of v9, the PK aspect doesn't really seem to be that much of an issue anymore.

I am very relieved (and I'm sure future "plug farmers"-to-be are as well) that this guide is still mostly applicable at v11. Reputation+ for you, Woxxy.

MrXIII,

What awesome news! I have not even tried to plug hunt since v11. I will try it sometime this week, and post if I get any results.

Now i have some questions. i dont know if anyone reads this from time to time...
So I have a pure INT mage at level 50 now and teba set.
1) Does plug farming also work on german servers?
2) Is there a big difference in the damage between earth+3 stuff and stuff without that? (cause im not that rich that i could buy a new teba set / wand of rhsis whenever i want)
3) How much do plugs +4/+9 sell for?

thx

1. Erm, ask in the german forums?
2. Is decent difference and you only need 100K to de-element so no worries.
3. Depends on the server, on Glaphan the +9 go for 25-30 mil atm.

You will get more answers if you post your question in the appropriate section.

Is 560 damage each shot on a mage level 50 pure int with branch of rhsis +2 +3 earth and teba set with teba suit +2 +3 earth normal? i have about 1100 attack, but the damage seems very small to me and its taking ages to kill only one. and i also have to eat something all of the time because they crit pretty often. is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

Since your a mage you normally take like 100+ damage per hit and your damage is average.
IMO mercs/assists are better for plug hunting.

I can confirm that. I got one already. Now I'm desperately hunting for my second one. Already is much easier to kill them with that one plug. How easy will it be with a second one. I probably wont even have to eat anything.
And also i realized that there is a bug, that when im standing still in the air, attacking the Rockepeller, about 33% of my hits dont do any damage. But when I'm flying around it every hit does damage and I dont get attacked so often too.
