You're forgetting Space-Dye Vest. Perhaps the most depressing and emotion Dream Theater song. Written in full by Kevin Moore. But you're right, Wait For Sleep is 2 minutes of awesomeness, and Another Day is superb.

I like Space-Dye Vest more than those 3, but In the Name of God is my favorite and that's with Rudess...doesn't MEAN anything, I just love the song.

If they released more material like Images & Words and Awake they'd be my favorite band. Scenes From a Memory was their last TRULY great album (and it damn sure WAS AMAZING), but they aren't the same band anymore.
