Ok, so i made a blade (my first ever char on flyff) so i need help with dis, i got 2 (3+) plugs, 4+ gore 4+ and 7+ dex rings and darkbin set clean. with store bought pangrail swords. I still have scrolls left over from the event and here are my stats;

Str:xxx
Sta:40
Dex:57
Int:15

Im level 60 and i have a clean Touflak suit, I'm just wondering what sword should i get? and what stats should i have? First and foremost, get the Lv60 green set, the Recorn. It gives 20% atkspeed and 15% HP, and sells for around 5-6mill for the set clean, and clean should be fine with your dex and an assist. After that, look into decent demols to replace those plugs, but work on your weapons first. Dretras are the superior choice, but Taytras are axes if you're fine with that, and they have the same hit rate boost, as well as boasting a much lower cost.

I would recommend a dex blade build! :P
they are truely underestimated, but still quite powerful and besides they are bset for aoe and 1v1 pvping :P

An AoE Blade build wouldn't be that great for a 1vs1 Blade, and there's only so much that block rate can help you with in 1vs1.

I wouldn't suggest a dex Blade(I personally wouldn't call 57dex low, either) unless I came across one that could kill in at least HALF my kill time. The dex Blades I've seen used dretras and recorns, and they killed so much slower than my Merc sword Str Blade.

Besides, the OP's main concern is leveling speed. In that case, I'd never suggest anything but Str pumping once he has hit rate, and stronger weapons.

since you've got 23 mil you should definitely listen to Ecclesiastes and get the Recorn/Rescorn set...you've got enough dex to hit most of the time I think, there are some blades who want a higher crit rate, as well as higher block rate and push their dex to 70~80...but I think you should be fine with your base dex and with those arek rings, you're pretty much pushing your dex to that point anyway...

as for finding weapons, since you're lvl 60 you should farm something...either the black otems for sunstones, grr bandages and penya drops...mushelizer for weapons to npc, or killing giant Driller/Volt for npc weapons as well...but you should focus on those to make enough peyna to purchase demols+12 first (125 atk each) and then I'd suggest getting the dretra swords...they have better bonus effects

The build above is a AoE Blade build, but not very affective in arena. I happen to have a friend with 60 sta rest Dex and I kill him very easily and I'm 10 levels lower, partically due to i hit 2-5k damage more then him most of the time(his AoE skill hits 2k on me, I hit 7.1k crits). Only thing he has over me is he levels faster due to being AoE.
