axe and swords?

hi, i need help with an idea i have for my merc. im planing on makeing a blade and i wanted to be a sword and an axe user. if not then what shouls i use? i am around lvl 57 and my stats are xxx str, 27sta, and around 30 dex. if you have any ideas i would like to know.... oh and i was planing to get some good sets for my merc. i have bout over 50mil so would that be good to get some sets or do i need more?

You need more money and with that stam just go and get dretras.

hmmm, if you get recorn/rescorn and detras you could be pretty decent, but not sure because your build is different from mine.
I did just fine without assist/rm on my blade with +3 recorn and detras+4,
but I had more dex and higher block rate.

well i was thinking of adding some more dex or sta after i hit lvl 60, but i still have one more thing im trying to ask is is it axe AND swords. and thanks for the tip.

For what it's worth, I'm planning my future blade to wield a Sparkling Sword in her mainhand, and a Taytra axe in her offhand, so I can use the sword masteries for the hit rate. If I can get a dretra, I'll probably do without the taytra, and put the sparkling in the offhand.

Also, I see some Guilty Gear in this thread. Ecclesiastes approves.

im sorry if im asking to much questions but could you use axe mastery and sword mastery if you sue axe and swords?and do detras cast a lot? because i have a gaxe+3 and that gives about 300attk sor i want to know if if its good to use detras and gaxe. and how can i get more monny. thats all i would like to know....?

For me, I just go pure swords till 90, Then Axes <3

When using weapon buffs, you acn only use the buffs of the weapon in your main hand. If you have a G axe in your main hand, you can use Smite Axe, but not Blazing Sword.

It's not going to ruin your blade at all, so there's no need to worry. It's just something to keep in mind when choosing your weapons.

Yeh actually some high leveled blades use a legendary golden axe in their main hand to use the skill mastery and, a bloody sword in their other hand or vice-versa.

nice thanks for the help. i think im going to be an axe user. now i have to find out a way to get some monny and lvl up my assist then im good. thank you so much. there is one other thin i would like to know? i have an aoe knight lvl 66 and i was funding off of him for a bit. now he is down to 1.5mil, so do any of you know any way for my knight or my merc to het monny. i tryed gaint hinting with my knight, but it takes a long time to kill one for him so thats not working out. if you have any ideas please tell.

I say get your merc to Lv62 or so, and hunt the Ivillis Mushellizer. It's a great way to get some funds, and some people make chars to perm there, so it has to be worth it's reputation.

Also, if you farm there, you're gonna see some wicked BPs with epic damage and such. So don't let your confidence waver if you're not doing 3K a hit.

ok ill try my best, but right now im haveing a hard time lvling becase i have no FS rm to help me so i keep on dieing and my assist is lvl 26 right now. but ill try my best to get to lvl 60. thanks a lot for helping me.
