What that list doesnt exactly state is the forum usernames of all those members. If they even have one. I believe that's more along the lines of what Tor is looking for, as per the topic title.

There is an option to display your IGN Shane.

And the majority of people have there IGN as there forum name anyway.

While its a start, not all members use the option, so it would be far from a complete list.

I think the best option would be for those who want the icon (or have a friend with a FW account who are a master/hero) would be to post a screenshot from friends list or something. Or get them to add a mod/admin in game to friends for a minute to prove their level, to avoid shitty private servers and so forth.
