ive done it a bit but how do i do it most productively?

Well, first you will want to have a leecher/FS/Leecher with FS outside of the party.

Then you will want either your own lvl 45+ party, or in a 45+ party

Then you fight, with them healing with the fs and buffing. Or just chatting with you to make lvling feel a bit faster. Or you can tell them to never say anything and listen to music.

And you could also consider forcing them to pay 1m or so per level. I would go with 200k so you dont intimidate them with heavy prices. (If a person is being plvled their whole life, they will have shit money Dx)

You can. But remember the power leveling range is max 19 levels. For instance, a level 15 getting plvled by a level 34.

How to powerlevel?

Well first you either need to be able to fight without other's buffs or have an RM friend with you to help. Then you grab a lowbie leech, order him/her to sit on his/her board/broom near where you fight. Get the both of you in an advanced party and go kill things. =D

Unless there's some bonus at lvl 45 I don't know about, party level has no effect on experience gained.

I have to say something about that, the last time I tried to plvl a lv1 (by 1x or lv20 or something) I`ve faced something weird; I didn`t gain EXP (on the vagrant). You probably need to kill a mob or get to lv2 to get plvled.

If you want all the party effects to work on you, you need to be either, near the leader or be the leader. Like, if you are in Flaris and the leader is in Darkon, you wont get any boosts from the skills, but if you are the leader, you get the boosts

As for the lvl 45 deal, its a bit money consuming, but overall it gets you all the skills faster, and you dont have to worry about lvling hte party at all.

try again when you're lvl 14. But by that time, might as well just grind to 15, seriously.

1-15 only takes like an hour or two, maybe less, if you have an rm anyways. Throw on some demol+12's and vigor+9's and other vags will be like @.@ HAX

EDIT: If your main concern is for the lower level char to gain as much exp as possible, a level exp party is much much much better than a contri party. No one actually shouts and fills level exp parties though, just make your own and don't bother filling it.
