Im thinking about making an aoe ranger on Aibatt. Ive got around 300m that id put into the char and maybe some more if needed. Can any one help me out with what build/equips/skills id need and how well this character would aoe. thanks in advance.

If 15-40 STA, rest DEX is your build. The most common options for STA are 15/30/40/45, one of those.

Skills: all your 4 AoE skills+Perfect Block+Fast Walker+Fast Shot maybe...that`s it right?
Skills like Silent Arrow or Auto Shot if you wanna PvP.

The equips: NPC till lv75, at lv75 go for Oska+6/+8/+10 if you`re really rich, at lv105 switch the Oska for Ranerz set upgraded as much as possible, it`s your endgame set. Attack pierce is the best for Rangers cause they don`t have much defense (and don`t need it) nor HP. Attack will help you the most. Also remember, the faster you kill, the less hit you gotta tank.
And for element; I personally prefer the same element, many other Rangers do as well.

The bows: Gbow, Hbow if you can`t upgrade your Gbow much, and Abow is your endgame bow.
Note; if you wanna 1v1/giant/whatever that`s related, keep your Gbow and use LGbow for that case once you can use it. Bloody bow can replace LGbow once you fit it but Bbow basically suck.
Always element your bow with Fire, it doesn`t even matter if it`s a water mob. Fire element increases the damage of Flame Arrow against ANY element, the other skills aren`t effected by elements as

The jewels: Stamrings+5/6 and the best plugs you can get on yourself until you block is nearly maxed.
When it`s maxed, go for Areks if you feel like, and switch your plugs with Demols.


You can consider Speedos if you`ll be rich, but +1s suck, +2 costs too much for the average Ranger, and when you can wear a +3 you`ll be able to get maxed blockrate even without it probably.

In terms of your funding, while you have 300m, you may need to save up more if you're looking into a +8 +16% Okas set [as a warning, they're also relatively difficult to find] .. such an Okas set is ~350-400m, depending on how many people are looking into a set. This about how much the Oska set is, as well.

A +6 set will be more around 200m.

As for your bow, GBow is around 75-85m now on the market. Unless you're going to be using the GBow for gianting, I don't see it as a necessity. Finding green weapons may be a good way for you to earn money, however, so it is something you can consider. I highly recommend selling it and buying an HBow later, though, just because of your funds, and how it will be better for you to invest money into a good set versus a GBow.

Thanks alot for the replies, if i have the money at the time i think ill stretch my budget for the better set but i still need money for my bps level 90 gear so i cant spend more than around 300m at this moment in time xD. thanks again

but if you wanna have a great character you have to expend much money....of course...that's costs much time too...but the results can be amazing...

If you want to have the "best" character possible, you really need to spend way more than 300m.

To get the best possible, you need to get +10 set and weapon, 28%atk suit, the best possible awakenings on all your equipments and pet, perfect s rank pet, 10 piercings on your weapon, 10 A level cards on your weapon, statted mask and cloak, +20 jewels. To get all these would cost way more than 300m, but would get you the best possible character for you.
