So 10% of the eligible voting population has to vote in order for a lord to be crowned... Since the lord skills don't actually apply to the whole cluster (only selected player/party) somehow I don't see a lord being crowned often.

They can hold exp/drop events for the whole server.

No mention of the 20% dmg reduction in pvp O.o

Lords Cheer – EXP and Drop Rates are increased by 10% for 60 minutes.
Lords Blessing – Attack and Defense power is increased by 10% for 60 minutes.
Lords Love – Increases all stats by 15 for 60 minutes.
Lords Anger – Silences a player from talking for 60 minutes.
Lords Shout – Allows the Lord to shout in custom colored text.
Lords Call – Allows the Lord to summon a player to his/her location.
Lords Teleport – Allows a lord to teleport to another Player.
Lords Fellowship – Party skills used by the lord have 4x their normal duration.

Did Lord's cheer affect the whole server in Beta? If so then that's most likely how it will work when v12 goes live.

If it doesn't, there's essentially no reason for anyone who doesn't know any of the candidates to vote, as having a lord does not affect them in the least.

As Lord, you can start an EXP or Item Drop event on your server.

Different from lord's cheer, I believe.
