Default YJ-build confusion - 10-02-2008, 07:07 PM

REGISTER TO REMOVE THIS AD

I took a really long break from flyff and discovered an acrobat I barely even played around with. I do NOT remember what kind of stat build I was feeding her, and I really need some help figuring her out.

shes lvl 31

STR 39
STA 40
DEX 26

can someone give me a cookie cutter build so I can continue this poor abandoned character?

and I like to be solo, I'm anti social like that. I also wouldn't have money to get super amazing gear, just clean greens...It's too hard to make money in this game and I'm not a cash shop whore.

A cookie-cutter build that I'm familiar with for YJ is 43 dex, 30~40 stam, and rest str. If you're determined to be solo, you might want a little more stamina (like 50, or 60 max).

The build kinneko suggest is the past level 90 build which needs +8 set etc for good accuracy. It's the depended-on-a-RM build.

I believe the old 92 dex (most added a extra 1 dex for having 100 dex with Hyoyo) is the best thing that comes close to a non RM depended.

HOewever, i would like to say, the YJ that levels solo, it's just madness. YJ is one off the most depended chars out there.

If you want to be anti-social, become a BP/continue your BP.

I didn't think about the low-ish dexterity associated with low accuracy ^^; My bad.

Anyway, I agree with Geba that if you're really determined to be your own person and tough it out on your own, BPs are well known for being one of the easiest classes to solo with due to the buffs they get during assist-hood.

However, it's always fun to make new characters, and it never hurts to get new characters up. Here's a guide for YoYo Jesters: ~ Yoyo Jesters: Built For Power ~

Hopefully there'll be some info on there regarding independant jesters.

Lol, it's 93 DEX for the speedbreak.

But honestly, don't do that. My jester has that build and even with a +6 set, and a gyoyo+8, he just sucks anyway. My lvl 60 blade with normal equips makes like 2x that damage ;__;

Yoyo Jesters are dependant on buffs. Always. Don't get a shitty build just to attempt soloing.

92 dex, it has been that for ages.
Only reason why people say 93 dex, is because with a Hyoyo you get 4% crit more.

Anyway, just read the guide Kinneko gave you, it clearly says that you shouldn't even try to attempt to solo which is the best way to go for you.

100 Dex bufft with h yoyo/ rasra set.
The dmg over time is the best with exactly 95% Crit. AFTER 90!!!

It doesn't add knockbacks and the fact your crits will do way higher damage. Not to mention, the less dex you have in PVP in general, the stronger your main weaponry/skills will be.

And basically, 81% crit is pretty much 4/5 hits a crit, doesn't sound too bad to me.
