But definitely bow builds are faster levelling 15-60 than yoyo builds, no doubt. Bow rangers and bow jesters are both good 60-80ish (correct me if I'm wrong on this) but bow jesters are not only boring, they get a bit sucky later on and tend to need to restat back to a yoyo build.
Yoyo jesters absolutely pwn once their crit rate's high enough, probably about 75+ish.
Cheaper?... it really depends on what equips you want. Acros are very versatile and they can survive without amazing equips quite happily (although it certainly helps to have them.) I'd say that a bow acro is cheaper, though, because theoretically you could just full-dex and run around naked spamming skills on the mob. Junk arrow, junk arrow, mob dead before it even reaches you to say hi. And being naked would save you tons on equips. XD
I'm not so sure about 60+ because I'm not such an expert on acro second classes, but jesters tend to be pretty affordable. Rangers are quite good too, the only expensive thing that will really benefit you is a Gbow. Plus they get more respectpoints for not being BJs. >w<
Yoyo jesters and yocros are good at gianting. It might take a while as a yocro, with the low damage, but for a yocro tanking isn't a problem and they certainly get there eventually. Bowcros tend to die a tad bit without a FS, although I'm sure there are people who do it happily solo. AoE bowcro builds would be pretty nice, I'm thinking, although I've never personally tried it.
Yoyo jesters are just amazing in PvP. *w* Yocros are very slow at it though. Under 60, a bow acro will probably beat a yoyo acro at it; over 80 yoyo jesters are the ones people really try to avoid. Crit rate's too ow-y for just about everyone except knights.
IMO Yoyo acros are more fun. ;3 Bows get very boring after a while, but I'll never get tired of watching the yoyo animation, it looks so funny. Also, it's more fun having to really work for something worthwhile. (I swear I'm not flaming bowcros. XD This is just my opinion.) I'm levelling a full-str yocro right now, and her damage is pretty good, and with her equips she has enough def definitely to live, 66%aspd and a 15% crit rate, which is not so bad with 15 dex.
But different things suit different people. I'd just recommend you try everything you can and see what you like.

--Depends on what you like. If you're interested in AoE, go Ranger. Jesters on the other hand are quite fun in Pvp.

well, for the question, who would make more money, I'd say Jesters. Thats cuz they CW mroe effectively, giant more effectively. Rangers most of the time must rely on lvling
and which one is more fun.
Do you like pvp? if yes, go make a jester
do you like aoe, make a ranger
i'd say go adn make a ranger. jesters are quite boring, and rangers, you have fun aoeing, and you get the challenge of pvping

- Faster at leveling 15-60? Leveling to 60 is never a big problem, but Rangers/full dex BJs.
- Better at leveling 60-xxx? Ranger if you use it well, BJs if you don`t use a Ranger well.
- Makes more money? YJs and BJs. Rangers can compete if they have an access to Azria but it won`t always help you that much.
- Better in gianting? YJs buffed, BJs unbuffed?
- Cheaper? Until the endgame sets they`re all pretty equal, later Rangers become cheapest, YJs are the cheapest after rangers (that really depends on what do you want to do with it) and, at last, BJs who need to but the lv90+LGbow upgraded.
- More fun? BJs are fun for anyone who likes grinding without getting hurt/likes watching crits or whatever, YJs are the funnest for PvP (probably the most enjoyable class for PvP in the game) and Rangers are very enjoyable in grinding (if you get bored of 1v1ing/spamming action slot and gathering, that`s absolutely the class for you XD).

ANY class become expensive at 105+, but below that I think they are equal, jesters can lvl pretty good on normal +3 eqs, so do rangers
